He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Thomas and Flora Thomas (Koch). He is survived by: his spouse Jo-Anne E. Thomas (Grogg); and his children, Willard J. Thomas, Jr. (Maria) of Whitehall, Flora-Anne Mosley of Bristol, TN and Helen L. Ziegler (Scott A.) of Hellertown. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
