He was predeceased by : his parents, Marcel Leroy and Jean Miller Leroy. He is survived by : his wife Grace T. Spinneweber Leroy; and his children, Cynthia Ford (James), Worthington, Kathleen Weleski (Donald) of Cabot, Brian Leroy (Kim) of Butler, Robert Leroy (Terri) of Cabot, James Leroy (Kim) of Butler and Betsy Bauer (Les) of Butler. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
