She is survived by: her husband Edward Stephen Smilak; her children, Cynthia Clark (Mark Clark) of Chester Springs, Robert Smilak of Hummelstown and Julie Scheib (Randy Scheib) of Hershey; her grandchildren, Alaina Clark of West Chester, Dr. Gregory Clark (Caymee Wood), Andrew Smilak (Katie Smilak) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Stephen Smilak of Boston, Amy Smilak of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Jessica Scheib of Hershey, Nicholas Scheib of Hershey and Patrick Scheib of Hershey; and her brother John Howe (Karen Howe) of Mechanicsburg. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
