With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bette Douple (Hershey, Pennsylvania), born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her siblings, Helen Douple, Ronald Rouse and Dolores Teufel; her niece Janice Dunleavy (Henry Douple); and her pet Woozer.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane E. Kreider (Dershem); her son-in-law Edward M. Kreider, Jr. (Ted); her grandchildren, Travis M. Kreider (Suzanne) and Emily B. Kreider Wolfe (Jason); her nieces and nephews, Lee Conner, Jack Davis, Gayle Kohl Matthew and Sandy Davis; and her great grandchildren, Erin, Scott, Maggie, Harrison, Leo, August and Oscar.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Bette's name to the Lebanon Red Cross (519 Chestnut St., Lebanon, PA 17042) or Masonic Village Hospice (98 Masonic Dr., Ste 101, Elizabethtown, PA 17022).
