He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Butch and Effie Butch (Croci); and his brothers, Bill and Jim Butch. He is survived by: his wife Betty Butch (Dove); his children, Stephanie Johnson (Tom), Joe, Andy and Tony Butch (Pam); and his sister Mary J. Butch.
