She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth R. Reed; and her husband Robert E. Moats. She is survived by: her mother Lillian M. Reed (Bumbaugh); her children, Robert D. Moats (Sharon) of Waynesboro, Jerry L. Moats of Waynesboro, Cathy S. Wible (Jim) of Waynesboro and Darrell L. Moats (Kenya) of Waynesboro; and her brothers, Kenneth R. Reed of Waynesboro and Thomas R. Reed of Fayetteville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; three step-grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
