With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Mae Clapper of Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 20, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Walter William Clapper, Sr.; her son Walter William Clapper Jr.; her father Crea Aiken; her siblings, Joseph Dale (Marie), Dolores Lafferty (Nelson), Helen Aiken, John Aiken (Shirley) and Harry Aiken; and her in-laws, Russell Clapper Jr. (Joanne), Annabelle Fisher (Charles), Robert Clapper, Janet Baker (William), George Clapper, David Clapper (Kim), William Kenawell and Daniel Morrison.

She is survived by : her children, Susan Sprinkle, Joseph Clapper (Kathy), Judy Ridenour (Victor) and Larry Crea Clapper; her siblings-in-law, Sandra Morrison, Ann Aiken, Kathleen Clapper, Kathy Clapper, Betty Clapper and John Clapper (Karen); and her mother Edna Aiken (Stoltz). She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to Garvey Manor Nursing Home, 1037 S. Logan Blvd., Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
