We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2020, at the age of 87, Emilie Igou (Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Newell and Agnes May Newell (Berkey); her husband Richard A. Igou; her daughter Jennifer Ann Tomalson; her grandson Quinten; and her siblings, John Newell and Josephine Bojalad.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia May Absher of Port St, Catherine Marie Cominio and Patricia Lynn Wendle of Hollidaysburg; her siblings, David Newell of South Carolina, Mary, Jessie Maholtz of Penfield, PA and Harwood Newell of DuBois, PA; her great-nephew Ben Boorem; and her great-niece Mika Boorem. She is also survived by grandchildren; 11 special great grandchildren.
