He was predeceased by: his parents, John Notestine and Mildred Notestine (Bourdess); his daughter Vickie K. Harris; his brothers, John "Chub", George, Fred and Tom Notestine; Doris Hanawalt.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda L. Lovell; his daughters, Carol A. Cox (Harlan) of Bel Air and Sherry L. Lovell of Mesa; his grandchildren, Allison Dillard (Jim), Adam Cox, Ashley Lewis, Sam Lewis (Stephanie) and Brandy Lovell; his great grandchildren, Stella and Leif Dillard; and his sister Jean Harpst of State College.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Tyrone Alliance Church (2103 Adams Ave, Tyrone, PA 16686). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests that contributions in his memory be made to Tyrone Alliance Church, or Shriners Hospitals for Children.
