He is survived by: his wife Judith Fitzpatrick (DePaolis); his children, Joseph Fitzpatrick (Megan) of Windber, PA, Kevin John Fitzpatrick (Nicole) of Claysburg, PA, McKenzie Griffith (Steven) of Schellsburg, PA and Jessica Pellegrino (Robert Sterner) of Hanover, PA; his grandchildren, Lilly Fitzpatrick, Liam Fitzpatrick, Elisha Fitzpatrick, Kyro Fitzpatrick, Amiya Fitzpatrick, Madison Griffith, Devon Bickers and Ella Bickers; and his brothers, James Daley, Bartholomew Fitzpatrick, III (Araceli) and Robert Fitzpatrick (Cheryl).
