He is survived by: his spouse Nancy Lovell Pier; his son Lawrence A. "Jake" III (Jeanna); his stepchildren, Cindy Kovaloski (Frank, Cheri Ott), Ron and Andy Pier (Lori); his grandson Jacob; and his sisters, Norma, Carole and Judy.
