She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur Mayes and Irene Mayes (Brown); her husband Calvin L. Shaffer; her children, Janet Moshkovski and Chuck Shaffer; her grandson Mark Adam Holdren; and her brothers, Edwin and Robert Mayes.
She is survived by : her children, Beth Ann Sutton, Sherry Harker (Dennis) and Donald Wyatt (Tracy); and her brother Russell Mayes. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
