He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Dixon and Grace Dixon (Richards). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Archey; his children, Tina M. Heininger (Robert) of Altoona, Dana Overcash (Mark Walter) of Altoona, Dale R. (Cathy) and Philip R. Jr. (Cyndy) of King; and his siblings, Connie Colabove (Ray), Phyllis Smouse (Joe), Kenneth (Linda) and Donald (Jamie). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
