She was predeceased by: her parents, Marguerite Gibboney and James W. Gibboney; her siblings, Jean Weiksner of Lancaster, PA and Dr. Richard Gibboney of Birchrunville, PA.; her husband William C. Hultman; and her children, Elaine Walters of Lancaster, Beth Ellen Goetz of Hollidaysburg and Michele Hultman Jacobson of Buffalo, NY.
She is survived by: her children, Eve Ruscio of Scituate, MA, William Hultman of Alexandria, VA, Cathy Madisen of Anaheim, CA and Madonna Devling of Newport Beach, CA.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc. (422 N Juniata St, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648).
