He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. McKinney and Dorothy McKinney (Godsey); and his sisters, Rita Ratcliffe and Barbara Suzanne. He is survived by: his wife Sally Ebersole; his children, Heather McKinney Wiegering (Carlos) and Robert W. McKinney, II; his grandson Nicolas "Nico" C. Wiegering; his stepgranddaughter Sarah Kinney; and his sister Arlene Grove (Dennis). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Good Funeral Home Inc. (108 Alto Reste Park, Altoona, PA 16601). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
