He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmer Oakes and Loreen "Sis" Oakes (Angle). He is survived by: his spouse Charyl Oakes (Bartley); his daughter Alicia Reilly (Matthew) of Jacksonville, FL; his granddaughter Ashley Bistline of Altoona, PA; his siblings, Randy Oakes (Joni) of Lakemont, PA and Jackie; and his brother-in-law John Kephart.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Good Funeral Home Inc. (108 Alto Reste Park, Altoona, PA 16601). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
If friends so desire, in place of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Terry to The Blair County Veteran's Honor Guard.
