He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis and Helen Lewis (Roof); his wife JoAnn Lewis (Hockenberry); and his siblings, Frank, Glenn, Harvean Lightcap and Carole Oesterling.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly L. Lewis of Pittsburgh and Jeffrey T. Lewis (Pamela) of New Alexandria; his granddaughters, Emily and Abby Lewis; and his brother Dwight Lewis (Donna) of Long Beach, California..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bowser-Minich Funeral Home (500 Ben Franklin Rd S, Indiana, PA 15701). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
