He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Levi and Floy Edith Shank (Edwards); and his brothers, Dean, Jay and Edward.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Shank (Burnheimer); his daughters, Patricia "Patty" Finney (David), Edgewood, MD and Susan Gawel (Mark); and his granddaughter Elizabeth.
