He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Pavolko and Josephine Pavolko (Reichert); his brother Norman Dembosky; his niece Jennifer Walker Myers; and his brother-in-law James Croushore.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Joan Pavolko (Croushore); his son Michael Cullen Pavolko; his granddaughter Ava Joan Pavolko; and his siblings, Melvin Dembosky and Cheryl Walker. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bowser Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (4606 Old US 119 Hwy S, Homer City, PA 15748). A memorial service was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location.
