He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Santiago Sawyer. He is survived by: his children, Terry Maxwell (David), Jesse Santiago, Mary Carr (Bob), Bobbie Santiago (Danny), Patty Ruby (Wayne) and David Santiago (Meghan); and his siblings, Bob, Joe, Benny, Mona, Chris, Cindy and Elaine Santiago. He is also survived by numerous friends and other family members.
