He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eileen O'Toole (Woods) and William "Spanky" O'Toole; his wife Patricia O'Toole (Watkins); his children, Ryan O'Toole and Colin O'Toole; and his siblings, Colleen Kuhn (Walt), Maureen DeLong (Flint), Keith O'Toole (Lorraine), Kevin O'Toole (Maryann) and Brian O'Toole. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
