She was predeceased by: her spouse George S. Mondock; her parent John Simath; and her child Mark Mondock. She is survived by: her parent Mary Simath (Golick); her children, Barbara J. Bernarding, Janet Schulte, John Mondock (Debbie) and Lynn Wellman (Ed); her grandchildren, Coral Rush, Bradley Schulte, Lindsay Schulte, Chad Bernarding (Starr), Daniel Schulte (Ashley) and Olivia Wellman; and her great grandchildren, Maizy, Nadia, Kendall Rush, Summer, Riley and Kaylee Bernarding.
