He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence "Bud" and Irene Needham. He is survived by : his wife Barbara (Kowal); his siblings, Charlie Needham (Pam) of Mechanicsburg, Irene Peretich (Ed) of Fredricksburg, Judy Boyle (Dave) of West Mifflin, Patty Nolan of Munhall and Jim Needham (Tina) of Arlington; and his brother-in-law Robert Kowal (Debbie) of Bethel Park. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many cousins.
