He is survived by: his father Arthur Chappell, Sr.; his wife Pamela Chappell; his siblings, Arthur Chappell Jr. (Dee), Mark Chappell, James Chappell (Carol) and Linda TaylorSister (Phil); his brother-in-law Tim (Patty Lin); and his siblings' children, Dr. John Herbst, Regi Jithesh, Paul and Optune. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Frankfort United Presbyterian Church (3326 PA-18, Hookstown, PA 15050). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
