She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Evans; her brother Pete Costanza; and her sister-in-law Elaine Leone. She is survived by: her children, Art Evans and Sally Merulli; her son-in-law Andre Merulli; her grandchildren, Andre Merulli, Michael Merulli (Katie) and Jeff Merulli; her great grandchild Khloe; and her sister-in-law Fanny Costanza.
