He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Harry F. Hughes, Sr. Irene Paxton and Lillian; his brother Donald W. K. Hughes; his siblings-in-law, Richard J. Fox, Velda Hart Fox and JoAnne Stafford Fox; his wife Nancy Carol Fox Hughes; his children, Harry F. Hughes MD (Wendy Withrow) of Evans, Georgia, Lisa Beth Hughes MD of Westlake and Jamie L; his grandchildren, Hunter Withrow Hughes, Hayley Scarlett Hughes (Jordan Reynolds) and William Alexander Bolton Tipler; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Patterson Hughes (Al Boesenberg) and George W. Fox.
