She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter K. Beam and Florence A. Stone Beam. She is survived by: her husband Charles "Bill" Shaffer; her children, William Luke Shaffer of Washington and Kimberly Anne King-Okorn (Zachary) of Houston; and her grandchildren, Alex Shaffer, Alexes Shaffer, Rosalyn King, Kelsey Knox, Isabella King, Nathaniel King and Chase Okorn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and friends.
