He was predeceased by : his parents, Frederick Weiss and Alice Weiss (Bundy); his siblings, Alice, Louise and Frederick; and his stepfather Leo McTigue.
He is survived by : his wife Genevieve Dombrosky; his children, John (Kathy) of Pittsburgh, James (Lisi) of New Jersey, Mary Alice (Robert) of State College, Joseph (Jacqueline) of Connecticut and Elizabeth (Robert) of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Joanna, Olivia, Chloe, Susan, Isabelle, Nicholas, Alexander, Camille, Vivienne, Ruby and Robbie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
