He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell James and Eliza Jane Hayward (Wilkes); his brother Eugene Hayward; his son Scott Hayward; and his granddaughter Daisy Mae Hayward.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra S. Hayward (Cannon); his children, Randy Hayward (Linda) of Friedens, PA and Beth Krupa (Mike) of Florence, SC.; and his sisters, Janice Thompson and Myrna Kline.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Brisbin First Church of God (525 Swoope St, Brisbin, PA 16620).
