He is survived by: his wife Ruth Barrett (Quilitzsch); his daughter Lydia F. Barrett; his spouse Angela Barrett (Smith); his grandchildren, Elizabeth L. Anderson, Thomas M. Barrett and Sophia Z. Boericke; and his siblings, Prince Price, Russell J. Barrett, Jr., Delphine Thompson and Hazel Bratton. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
