He is survived by: his parents, Elizabeth M. Holland and Allen Wagner (Brianna Edwards); his siblings, Eli J. Rice, Mayson T. Wagner, Karminn L. Wagner and Paxten A. Wagner; his cousin Dusten M. Holland, Jr. (Ashlynn); his grandparents, Thomas R. Holland, Kandie Prough (Pernell) and Sherry Miles (Wes); his great-grandparent Rosalie Morder (Rick Worthy); his uncles, Dusten M. Holland, Sr. (Kiley), Ryan Wagner (Jessie Helsel) and Adam Wagner (Ashley); his cousins, Jaymes and Jayden; his aunt Kelly R. Holland; his cousins, Madelyn Holland and Abigail Holland; his girlfriend Noelle; and also Harley.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John B. Brown Funeral Home, Inc. (417 Washington St, Huntingdon, PA 16652). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Carter A. Wagner may be made to the John B. Brown Funeral Home, P.O. Box 242, Huntingdon, PA 16652, to assist with final expenses.
