She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Viskovicz and Elizabeth Bailey Viskovicz; her former husband Thomas Steigerwald; her husband Lawrence H. "Larry" Fosbaugh Jr.; her granddaughter Valerie Jo Bolt; and her brother Joseph Viskovicz.

She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. Jodie Lynn Bolt (Stephen) and Shelly Ann Irwin (Delvin); her grandchildren, Dr. Jacqueline Bolt (Joshua Raymond), Thomas Bolt (Kate), Lexi Irwin Glowark (Brandon), Phillip Bolt (Bethany) and Luke Bolt; her brother Ronald Viskovicz (Terri); and her sister-in-law Kathy Wiley (Joseph Viskovicz). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
