He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Kolodziej Szajnuk. He is survived by: his children, Dorri Miller (Ron), Philip Jr. (Leigh Ann), Terri Good (Scott) and Becky Dombroski (Joe); his grandchildren, Austin, Keaton, Chase, Dylan (Emily), Caleb, Ashley, Zachary, Patrick, Cassie, Nathaniel, Paige, Tyler, Amber, Lacey, Joey and Jesse; and his close friend Carole Lencoski (Bella).
