He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles M. Vaughn Sr. and Mabel Chittester Vaughn. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" Vanderneck; his children, Tammy Bostjancic (Tom) of Warren, Bob Vaughn (Cheri) of James City, Doug Vaughn (Marcia Zeke) of Warren and Matt Vaughn (Heather) of James City; his grandchildren, Brad Bostjancic (Kathleen), Mitchell Vaughn, Allison Vaughn and Alyssa Vaughn; and his sister Carol Dalrymple (Vaughn) of Plainefield, IN..
