She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Cook and Jenny Cook (Confer); her husband Michael Armstrong; her brothers, Leonard, Lester, Donald and Lawrence Cook; and her great grandchildren, Nyla Annette Payne and Jimi Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Annette Eastman (Paul) of Kane, Cheryl Trubic (Paul) of Kane, Michele Leslie (Mark) of Ridgway, Suzette Farley (Dale) of St. Marys and James Armstrong (Tammi) of Johnsonburg; and her siblings, Clarence Cook of Smethport and Katherine Moore of Marienville. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and many great and great great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be made to the New Beginnings Assembly of God in East Kane or The Kane Revival Center.
