It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Brumbaugh of James Creek, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 8, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry "Bud" L. Hetrick and Clemma M. Hetrick (Liveringhouse); her husband Lester G. Brumbaugh; and her siblings, Charles D. "Jim" Hetrick, Isabel Fouse, Barbara Starr, Janet Traverse and William Lynn.
She is survived by: her son William L. Brumbaugh (Beverly) of James Creek, PA; her grandsons, William A. Brumbaugh (Marcy), Bradley A. Brumbaugh and Robert A. Brumbaugh; her great grandchildren, Wyatt (Madison), Morgan, Sophie (Dawson), Nicholas, Alaina, Lucas, Ava and Carly; her great great grandchildren, Rowan, Rawlings and Saylor; her sisters, Shirley Treece and Beverley Putt; and her sister-in-law Alda Hetrick. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Akers Funeral Chapel (715 Church St, Saxton, PA 16678). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
