He was predeceased by : his parents, Forest Levi and Catherine Christine Schaefer Lee. He is survived by : his wife Marie S. Lee; his daughters, Jacqueline and Donna (John); his grandchildren, Jack, Derek, Daniel, Alyssa and Cristina; and his great grandchild Brantley.
