He is survived by: his parent Lula Birch Lipford Cook; his children, Valerie Diggs (Richard) of Pittsburgh, Gloria Cook of Greensburg, Larry Cook (Kim) of Jeannette, Charles Cook (Carlene) of Jeannette and Shari Edwards of Pittsburgh; his sister Alonia Robinson (Eugene) of Pittsville, MD; his daughter-in-law Charlene Cook of Greensburg; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Porcha of Jeannette, Virginia Cook of Hurt, VA and Delores Berger of Greensburg. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
