She is survived by: her brothers, Raymond Ontko (Elsie) of Claridge and Theodore "Teddy" Ontko of Jeannette; her niece Anna Marie Rivardo of Greensburg; her nephews, Albert J. Rivardo III (Dawn) of Mt. Pleasant and Theodore "Teddy" Ontko Jr. of Jeannette; her great-niece Carsyn Marie Rivardo; and her great-nephew Luke James Rivardo.
