He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Patrick; his wife Elsie Patrick (Baker); and his brothers, Louis Patrick and Jesse Patrick. He is survived by: his parent Anna Patrick (Iuzzoino); his daughter Nancy Yurt; his husband Jed of Lincoln Heights; his granddaughters, Jeri Simon (Yurt), Hilary Witowich (Bill) of Baden, Valerie DeMichele (Matt) of Hempfield Twp and Jamie Bowman; his great grandchildren, Olivia Simon, Claire Simon, Kendyll, Carolyne, Kelsey Witowich, Madelyn DeMichele, Bentley Eugene Cooper and Tyler Maxson (Katie); his great great grandchild Zayden; his son-in-law Ed Molchan of Delmont; his friend Rick Tanyer of Jeannette; and also, Kathy Molchan of Grapeville and Judy Bowman (John). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
