He is survived by : his wife Rebecca Moninger; his daughter Alexandra Smith (Sean) of Las Cruces; his grandson Cade Isaac Smith; his siblings, Tracy Topolnak of Monongahela, Brian Moninger (Andrea) of Pleasant Hills and Richard Moninger of Clairton, Pennsylvania; his mother-in-law Karen Walter of Endicott; his brother-in-law Ebin Walter (Karla) of Endwell; his aunts, Janet Beck (John) of Michigan City and Cindy Zupanc (Fred) of Pleasant Hills, Pennsylvania; and his nieces and nephews, Billy, Caley, Brianna, Liam and Hayden.
