Falk (Christina) of Jefferson Hills; his brothers, Tom Falk (Patty) of Pleasant Hills and Michael Falk of Manitowoc, Wisconsin.; his grandchildren, Skylar, Kevin Jr., Asher, Jordan, Makayla, Shaylor, Collin and Cassidy; and his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Ashton, Bryson and Miles. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
