He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Bonivich (Eastham); his children, Daniel Bonivich (Andrea) of The Villages and Jackie Burkett of White Oak, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Brian Burkett, Katie McGuire (Brian), Robyn Bonivich and David Bonivich (Ana); and his great grandchildren, Jordyn McGuire and Dalton Bonivich.
