She was predeceased by : her parents, William Courtly Hall and Mary Elizabeth Hall (Best). She is survived by : her son Jeff; her husband Greg T. Shipley; her children, Tracie L. Elza of Jefferson Hills and Jeffrey A. Kuhar of White Oak, PA; her sister Janice Bowlen (Charles Randall) of Uniontown, PA; her stepchildren, Mike Shipley (Lindy), Brandon Shipley (Wendy), Jason Shipley (Amanda) and Julie Ritchie (Matt); her nieces, Patricia Craig, Barbara Walsh (Bill) and Susan Kretz (Greg); and her pets, Finnegan and Lulu. She is also survived by five grandchildren.

The Shipley family is asking everyone coming to the visitation and funeral service to wear a mask.
