With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David M. Kirkpatrick Jr. (Jenkintown, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 15, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Aldersley and David Miller Kirkpatrick; his stepson Scott Sliwinski (Amy); and his brother John Kirkpatrick. He is survived by: his sister Carol Unger; his wife Jeanne M. Kirkpatrick (Young); his children, David (Catherine) and Jeanne Connell; his stepchildren, John Sliwinski (Tiffany), Andrew Sliwinski (Sandra), Sarah Whiteley (Joseph) and Lisa Sliwinski; his sisters, Gail Hurlock and Joyce Sernaker (Gary); and his grandchildren, Alia, Daniel, Robert, Shawn, Breanne, Taylor, Taliah, Jordon, Nina, Nathan, Scott, Drew, Joseph, Aubrey, Mackenzie and Roman.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Association.
