It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laishah Kendra Holloman (Jenkintown, Pennsylvania), born in Orange, New Jersey, who passed away on November 25, 2023, at the age of 33, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Rhonda Walls and Kenneth Holloman; her daughter Teleia M. Choueiri; her siblings, Shanique Walls, Isaiah C. Mason and Erik Holloman; and her grandmother Hannah Atkinson. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Nala was also involved in the USDA Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) where she went to various local schools to talk about communities having access to food that support good health and well-being and discussed the daily life of local farmers, like herself, and their contribution to this great cause.
