He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Katz; and his siblings, Meyer Katz (Beatrice) and Ruth Goldberg (Charles). He is survived by: his children, Laurence Katz (Kathy) and Mitchell Katz (Linda); and his grandchildren, Maia, Jake and Ethan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
