Barber Jr. of Jersey Shore, Pennsylvania, born in Towanda, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 4, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond V. Barber Sr. and Neva Golder. He is survived by: his sons, Raymond V. Barber III of Lock Haven and Joseph S. Barber (Melissa) of Jersey Shore; and his siblings, Albert Mills of Williamsport, Theodore Barber (Ann) of California and Linda Harvey of Cogan Station. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
