Chuko Jr. and Chelsea Thompson; her grandchildren, Anya Coleman, Liam O'Brien and Karleigh Chuko; and her siblings, Joseph Wallace, Kathy Hitner and Lori Wallace.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to the funeral home to help Danielle's family with funeral costs.
