She is survived by: her parents, Samuel Crisafulli (Teresa) and Patty (Ken Kordell); her children, Zaidyn Crisafulli and Aliyah Crisafulli; her siblings, Cristyn Davis, Maria, Kaitlyn and Samuel Crisafulli Jr.; and her mother-in-law Elaine Henderson. She is also survived by step-children, numerous nieces and nephews.
